Refund policy

All sales are final.

Ynole releases products in limited runs. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference. Please review the product description and size information carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at ynoleclothing@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Do not send any item back until we have approved it and given you return instructions.

Once we confirm the defect, damage, or error, we will offer, at our discretion:

- A replacement of the same item and size, if available;

- A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available; or

- Store credit.

For approved defect, damage, or wrong-item claims, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

What counts as a defect

A defect is a manufacturing flaw — for example, faulty stitching, a broken zipper, or misprinting — that existed when the item was shipped. Normal characteristics of our products, including the washed, faded, and distressed finish of our garments, are intentional design features and are not defects. Wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, and items that have been washed, altered, or worn (other than trying on) do not qualify.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Order cancellations

Because releases are limited, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address at checkout.
