Every Ynole piece is made to order in limited runs.
- Production: 7–10 business days after you order.
- US delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
- Cost: calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- Size exchanges: request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags.
- Damaged or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll fix it free.
- Final sale: discounted items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Because every piece is made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of cash refunds, except for damaged or incorrect items. To start, email ynoleclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
FAQ
How does it fit?
Both pieces have a relaxed, oversized fit. For a closer fit, take one size down. Between sizes? Go with your usual size for the intended oversized look.
How do I use the 15% code?
Enter FIRSTDROP15 at checkout. It works on your whole order, one code per order.
Is the tracksuit sold as a set?
Yes. The $145 price includes both the zip hoodie and the matching pants.
